Storyline:
Rizzoli & Isles is a TNT television series starring Angie Harmon as police detective Jane Rizzoli and Sasha Alexander as medical examiner Dr. Maura Isles. The one-hour drama is based on the Rizzoli & Isles series of novels by Tess Gerritsen. It premiered on July 12, 2010. On July 23, 2015, TNT renewed the show for a 13-episode seventh season, which premiered June 6, 2016. On January 7, 2016, it was announced that the seventh season will be the series' last.
